Ellis Agnew is a psychology-informed coach, facilitator and professional speaker with over nine years’ experience supporting individuals and organisations in high-pressure environments.
She specialises in self-leadership, emotional regulation, resilience and ownership-based performance. Her work is informed by psychology, real-world experience as a formed crisis responder and extensive facilitation across corporate and development settings.
Ellis is known for her ability to work with complex dynamics and translate psychology into practical action. Her facilitation style is clear, grounded and structured, creating environments that are safe, challenging, and performance-led.
